Question:

What Should I Do If I'm Having Trouble Accessing the Jones and Bartlett Learning (JBL) Modules?

(Last edited: Monday, August 26, 2024, 9:32 AM)
Answer:

Question: What should I do if the Jones and Bartlett Learning (JBL) Modules are not loading or I experience issues accessing them?

Answer: If you're experiencing issues with loading or accessing the Jones and Bartlett Learning (JBL) Modules, it may be due to certain browser plug-ins like Grammarly, LastPass, or other Chrome extensions. These plug-ins can sometimes interfere with the functionality of the JBL modules.

To resolve this issue, try the following steps:

  1. Disable Browser Plug-ins: Temporarily turn off any browser plug-ins you have enabled, especially Grammarly, LastPass, or similar extensions.

  2. Adjust Plug-in Settings: Alternatively, you can modify the settings for these plug-ins by selecting the option to "only run the plug-in when clicking on the plug-in" within the individual plug-in settings. This allows you to keep the plug-in installed but prevents it from interfering with the JBL modules unless explicitly activated.

After making these changes, refresh the page and try accessing the JBL modules again. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to our Student Support team for further assistance.
