The AEMT Skills Week includes four days of intensive hands-on skills practice, one day of psychomotor skills testing administered by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT), and two days of clinical rotations with local Fire Departments or Ambulance companies. This immersive experience is designed to refine your skills and prepare you for real-world emergency medical services (EMS) situations.

What equipment and attire are required for the Urban Search and Rescue Medical Team Specialist Course?

Answer: If you fail your NREMT psychomotor exam, don’t worry. North American Rescue offers in-person Psychomotor Exam Courses for both EMTs and AEMTs to help you retake and pass the exam. These courses are available in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Greer, SC.
