Question:

Answer:

Question: What should I do if the Jones and Bartlett Learning (JBL) Modules are not loading or I experience issues accessing them?

Answer: If you're experiencing issues with loading or accessing the Jones and Bartlett Learning (JBL) Modules, it may be due to certain browser plug-ins like Grammarly, LastPass, or other Chrome extensions. These plug-ins can sometimes interfere with the functionality of the JBL modules.

To resolve this issue, try the following steps:

  1. Disable Browser Plug-ins: Temporarily turn off any browser plug-ins you have enabled, especially Grammarly, LastPass, or similar extensions.
