  1. Use Google Chrome as Your Browser:

    • Chrome is the recommended browser because it’s fully compatible with the LMS and supports all online learning tools. If you don’t have Chrome, download it for free before accessing the platform.
  2. Accept Cookies for the Website:

    • Enabling cookies helps the LMS function properly by remembering your login, tracking your course progress, and loading modules efficiently. You’ll typically see a prompt to accept cookies; click “Accept” to enable them.
  3. Enable Pop-ups and Redirects:

    • To prevent issues with course content or support links, make sure pop-ups and redirects are enabled. In Chrome, click the lock icon to the left of the search bar, go to “Site Settings”, and turn on “Pop-ups and Redirects”.
