    • In your student dashboard, go to the “Miscellaneous” section and click on “My Certificates”. This area shows all certificates for courses you’ve completed.
  2. Receive Your Certificate by Email: After completing a course, a copy of your certificate will be emailed to you. This makes it easy to save, share, or print for your records.

  2. Accessing Detailed Receipts through the LMS: If you or your agency needs a more detailed receipt, log in to your North American Rescue Training student account:

    • Select “My Purchases” from the dropdown menu.
    • Download a detailed copy of your purchase history from there.

    • Open your Skills Week course and make sure all modules are completed. You can do this by either viewing each module or clicking the green “DONE” button.
  3. Complete the "Ride-Along Form Completion" Module:

    • Locate the Ride-Along Form module and prepare your documents. If possible, scan all required documents into a single .pdf file to make uploading easier.
  4. Upload Your Documents:

    • Please note that the system allows a maximum of 5 document uploads. To avoid issues, we recommend scanning all documents into a single file.
