This refund policy applies to all North American Rescue Education & Training (NAR‑T) online and in‑person courses except Initial EMR, Initial EMT, and Initial AEMT programs, which are governed by the applicable Course Enrollment Agreement and regulatory requirements.

In‑Person and Online Courses

This refund policy applies to all North American Rescue Education & Training (NAR‑T) online and in‑person courses except Initial EMR, Initial EMT, and Initial AEMT programs, which are governed by the applicable Course Enrollment Agreement and regulatory requirements.

  • Refunds are not automatic and must be requested by email to registration@narescue.com within the applicable deadline.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payer and original payment method.
  • Refund requests may be denied or reduced if:
    • The request is submitted after the deadlines below;
    • Non‑refundable items have been accessed or consumed (e.g., learning platform access, course materials, or supplies);
    • The student is administratively terminated or expelled for academic integrity or conduct violations.

Online Courses

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase.
  • Approved refunds are calculated as:
    • Tuition paid, minus:
      • A non-refundable administrative fee;
      • Payment processor fees; and
      • Learning platform access.

In‑Person Courses (Non‑Initial Programs)

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the course start date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Approved refunds are calculated as:
    • Tuition paid, minus:
      • A non-refundable administrative fee;
      • Payment processor fees; and
      • Any applicable non‑refundable supply costs, which vary by course.

Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must include:
    • Student’s full name
    • Course name
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for the request
    • Contact information (address, email address, & phone number)
    • Order number or receipt (if applicable).
  • Once a complete request is received, NAR‑T will review eligibility and issue any approved refund within 30 calendar days.
