Why this happensMost of the time, this is caused by a browser or device issue, not the course itself. Common causes include:
Some extensions, especially Grammarly, can interrupt how JBL course content loads. Extensions add extra code to webpages. That extra code can interfere with interactive content and may prevent knowledge checks or activities from appearing correctly. Step 1: Update Your Device and BrowserMake sure your computer, tablet, or phone is fully updated before using the course. Please check:
Using the latest version helps the JBL course load correctly. Step 2: Clear Your Browser History and CookiesOld browser data can prevent pages from loading the right way. In Google Chrome

Once your device restarts, log back into the NAR LMS and try the course again. Step 4: Turn Off Browser Extensions or Plug-InsBrowser extensions can block or interrupt JBL course content. This is especially common with:
ImportantIf you use Grammarly, turn it off before opening your JBL course. Grammarly can interfere with interactive lesson content and may prevent knowledge checks or activities from loading all the way. Step 5: Use Chrome Incognito ModeIf you are not sure which extension is causing the issue, open the NAR LMS in Incognito Mode. Incognito Mode is helpful because most extensions do not run there.
